This website is run by Ainslie Auto Repair & Sales Inc., 63 Water St N, Cambridge, ON N1R 3B3. When these terms say “we” or “us”, that's who they mean. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Information on this site

Everything here is general information about our shop, our services and the cars we have for sale. We keep it as current as we can, but hours, services and listings can change without notice. If something matters to your decision, call and check with us.

Cars for sale

Ainslie Auto Repair & Sales Inc. is an OMVIC-registered dealer and a member of the UCDA.

• Every car we list is used.
• We work to keep every listing accurate, but mistakes happen. Please confirm the details with us in person before you buy.
• We don't list prices on this site. Call us and we'll give you the price of any car. That price is all-in: it includes every fee we charge, and the only extras are HST and licensing.
• Cars can sell at any time. A listing doesn't hold a car for you, so call to make sure it's still here.
• Photos are of the actual car for sale. If we don't have photos yet, you'll see a placeholder, never a stock picture.
• Anything you need to know about a car's past, like use as a rental or taxi, a consignment sale or an as-is sale, is shown on the listing itself.

Repair quotes and estimates

Anything this site says about repair work or pricing is a general guide. What your car needs, and what it costs, depends on the car. We give you the estimate before any work starts. If we find something else once we're in there, we talk to you before doing more.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, like Google Maps, CARFAX, OMVIC and the UCDA. We don't run those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them or how they handle your information.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in or overload it, and no copying the photos or text for other use without asking us first.

Limits on our liability

We put this site together carefully, but we can't promise it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
